Discuss a business partnership

Building on Aranex's business development background

Aranex Group's work across marketing, investment, IT and business development provides a foundation for this expanding service area. We are bringing that experience to the commercial operations behind online growth: supplier relationships, product planning, digital sales channels and the customer buying journey.

Our B2B and e-commerce offer is designed for companies that want to explore new routes to market, build stronger supplier relationships or coordinate the steps between a product, an online store and the customer. We welcome cooperation with manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and e-commerce businesses in Hungary, Poland and across Europe.

B2B sourcing and supplier partnerships

We help clarify product and market requirements, prepare supplier outreach, compare potential partners and structure practical next steps for wholesale or distribution discussions. The goal is a clear commercial conversation: what is being offered, to whom, under which terms and with what responsibilities.

  • Supplier and product opportunity assessment
  • Wholesale, distribution and B2B partnership development
  • Partner communication and cross-border coordination
  • Product catalogue and offer planning for business buyers

Dropshipping operations

Dropshipping can connect a retailer's storefront with a supplier that holds and ships the stock. Aranex can help businesses map the workflow and coordinate the parties involved before launch, including product data, pricing and stock updates, order handoff, delivery expectations, customer communication and returns responsibilities.

  • Supplier onboarding and operating-process definition
  • Product-feed, pricing and inventory update requirements
  • Order-routing, delivery and service-level coordination
  • Returns, customer support and exception-handling workflows

E-commerce and online shopping

For online retailers and brands, we support planning across the buyer journey and the daily work behind a digital storefront. This can include catalogue structure, product information, merchandising priorities, channel coordination and a practical review of the steps from discovery to purchase and after-sales service.

  • Online-store and marketplace opportunity planning
  • Product-page and catalogue content coordination
  • Customer journey, order and post-purchase process review
  • Commercial performance questions and next-step planning

How a cooperation can begin

We start by understanding the product, target market, intended sales channel and partner roles. Together, we define a manageable scope, identify information or operational gaps and agree on the next step—such as supplier outreach, a pilot assortment or a review of the online sales process.

Aranex is open to cooperation proposals from Polish companies, including IPON, as well as other suppliers, brands and distributors interested in B2B trade, dropshipping or e-commerce. Any partnership, availability, technical integration and commercial terms are agreed directly for each project.
